What makes this creature unique in the animal kingdom, is that it uses a lure on top of its head to entice prey to come into striking distance. Frogfish can swallow prey as long as their own body. They are also a master of camouflage and are able to change color depending on their environment. Photograph by: Jeffrey de Guzman, MyShotThese are sea anenomies in Carmel Bay, California. They utilize different materials found on the sea floor as tools or shelters. As they walk on the sea floor they have been observed gathering coconut shells or seashells for protection and shelter. The subject seen in the photo was found at the Anilao Pier (Philippines). This octopus turned an old bottle into a new home. Photograph by: Jeffrey de Guzman, MyShot
