A job that not only entailed gathering, analyzing, and formulating map content, but also producing hand-written place-names manuscripts. Researching and compiling 2300 years of the Mediterranean region’s toponymic history was one of the most challenging and invigorating projects I’ve ever been assigned and among one of my most favorite maps.”
