It’s time for our annual Blog-A-Thon, and WE WANT
YOU!
Every year during Geography Awareness Week, National
Geographic Education hosts a blog-a-thon, in which we feature blog posts from
students, parents, scientists, scout troops, geographers, geography-enthusiasts,
explorers and more!
Do you have a job in geography? Do you study geography? Do
you just plain LOVE geography?
Write us a blog of roughly 300-500 words and tell us about
your passion, your occupation, your studies, your discoveries and more!
Need help thinking of a topic? The Geography Awareness Week
theme this year is INTERDEPENDENCE. Check out our website for more information
on interdependence and write about what you learned!
Submit your entry by 11:59 pm, Sunday, November 11th,
2012 and YOU could be featured on the National Geographic Education blog! We’ll
even give everyone who participates a shout-out in the National Geographic
Education newsletter!
Send all submissions to NGESocial@gmail.com
with the subject, “Blog-A-Thon” Don’t forget to include any pictures that go
with your blog!
We can’t wait to read your submissions!
